The Role
As a result of continued expansion, the Clinical Negligence department is recruiting for roles based in either Leeds or York, with hybrid working available. Full-time applicants are preferred, although part-time candidates will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Working within a collaborative sub-team led by a Senior Associate or Director
* Assisting on high-value, complex clinical negligence claims
* Managing your own caseload of lower-value or less complex matters, appropriate to your level of experience
* Taking part in ongoing mentoring, supervision and development initiatives
About You
* A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Trainee Solicitor nearing qualification
* Experience managing your own clinical negligence caseload
* Background in either Claimant or Defendant clinical negligence work
