Structures Supervisor – Gloucestershire

We are currently looking for an experienced Structures Supervisor to join our Gloucestershire County Council contract.


What You’ll Do:

As a Structures Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the delivery of bridge, retaining wall, and other structures maintenance and construction works. This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

* Plan and coordinate works from design through to on-site delivery.
* Supervise site teams and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
* Carry out site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Liaise with Gloucestershire County Council, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of works.
* Manage ordering and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
* Track progress and costs, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting contract requirements.
