Key Responsibilities
* Role model great, natural customer service, ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
* Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit and encourage them to be at their best.
* Communicate clearly, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
* Take the lead when in charge, making decisions efficiently and handling change to ensure everything we do is right for customers and colleagues.
* Balance priorities with energy and drive to deliver beyond expectations.
* Look for ideas and opportunities to serve Britain’s shoppers better every day.
* Co‑ordinate a team to deliver, constantly looking for ways to improve service in the store through on‑the‑job coaching and feedback.
* Ensure the area is a safe place to work and shop, taking a hands‑on approach.
Key Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing retail environment (preferred).
* Strong communication skills.
* Leadership or team‑leading experience.
* Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
* Good organisational and decision‑making skills.

* Pay: £14.76 per hour, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25; additional payments may apply depending on location.
