The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to customers by providing professional and efficient support. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound calls regarding orders and product queries

Processing sales orders and preparing quotations

Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Managing telephone enquiries and resolving issues promptly

Processing customer complaints and ensuring fair, positive outcomes for both the customer and the business
