If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially savvy Business Operations Manager to join a globally recognised and innovative organisation based in stunning Birmingham City Centre offices.
In this exciting and diverse Business Operations Manager opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across sales operations, customer service efficiency, and commercial systems across the European region. You will work closely with regional sales teams and business stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and support revenue growth through strategic operational leadership.
With a strong focus on Salesforce and Talkdesk optimisation, youll be responsible for gathering business requirements, identifying improvements, and ensuring systems are aligned with the organisations commercial goals. Your strong analytical and project management skills will help shape key business decisions through data-driven insights, performance tracking, and forecasting models.
As Business Operations Manager, you will be working cross-functionally with departments including Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Legal, developing effective reporting frameworks and commercial strategies to drive growth. You will also lead on system integrations, software rollouts and infrastructure enhancements, while ensuring high standards of data security and compliance.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have a Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, IT or a related discipline, along with proven experience in commercial operations or sales operations, preferably within a European market. A working knowledge of Salesforce (ideally with Admin certification), Talkdesk, and CRM/business intelligence tools such as Power BI and SAP is essential, as is experience in optimising workflows to improve customer interaction and service quality.
Youll bring excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and be confident working independently across multiple time zones and priorities. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, and project management tools such as Jira or Trello, would be highly advantageous in this Business Operations Manager position.
