Role: Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Sunbury-upon-Thames ideally or London, (hybrid working but on-site in Sunbury or London 3 times per week)

Salary: Excellent salary (negotiable dependent on experience), plus company benefits

Working as Global Head of CSR, you will work cross functionally with stakeholders and entities ensuring we are driving the next steps in our CSR journey.

Over the last two years, Kinly went on a significant journey to embed sustainability and corporate responsibility across the business. From the launch of our first CSR strategy in 2024 and first public CSR report in 2025, Kinly has been at the forefront of driving sustainable change in the AV industry.



Our work to date has been widely recognised, receiving 3 EcoVadis gold medals for each of our European operations and winning the AV Awards “Sustainability Initiative of the Year” at the end of 2025.



The Global Head of CSR will continue to drive this impact forward, embedding sustainable thinking into the newly merged operations of Yorktel-Kinly. We are looking for someone who is keen to get involved in all areas of CSR and sustainability, comfortable developing strategy with global leadership teams, delivering projects and initiatives with regional delivery functions, and coordinating with stakeholders to create engaging ESG reporting.



This role is fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role at both Yorktel-Kinly and in supporting the wider AV industry to move toward a more sustainable way of doing business.



Key Responsibilities:

* Develop Yorktel-Kinly’s existing CSR strategies and approaches, aligning across the recently consolidated companies and ensuring relevance to a larger global footprint

* Implement new initiatives and programmes to meet strategy goals, including carbon emissions reduction, zero waste to landfill, increased workforce diversity, and greater social value through charitable partnerships and career support activity

* Advise the business on changing ESG regulation and legislation across Yorktel-Kinly’s operational regions to ensure compliance

* Work with regional teams across the US, Europe and APAC to collect ESG data for regulatory and voluntary reporting

* Create and publish a GRI-aligned annual CSR report showcasing activity and performance across Yorktel-Kinly’s operations

* Maintain annual global scope 1, 2 and 3 inventory and ensure compliance with validated SBTi targets

* Undertake annual benchmarks and submissions including EcoVadis, CDP and SECR

* Work with global procurement and vendor management teams to embed sustainability practices into the supply chain and monitor supplier risk and performance

* Support regional bid functions and sales teams to meet customer requests and requirements for sustainability credentials and social value creation within project delivery

* Regularly engage with global senior leadership teams to drive change within regions, using regular reporting to track and highlight risks and opportunities specific to their locations

* Work closely with global marketing to ensure that there is a CSR communication plan for internal and external stakeholders

* Create partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities and any other relevant internal/external groups

Key skills and experience:

* Proven commercial experience in a similar position, with a global remit

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders

* Strong ability to influence

* Experience of scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions calculations

* Experience of creating and deploying policies and processes

* Knowledge of global ESG regulation and legislation
