OHMG Water is the UK’s first premium functional drinks brand dedicated to supporting relaxation and mental wellbeing. Our sparkling spring waters are infused with three types of magnesium and blended with natural fruit & botanical extracts. We’re proudly a B-Corp certified business, already stocked in major UK retailers including Waitrose, Ocado, Whole Foods Market, Planet Organic, and Abel & Cole, with international expansion underway.
We’re a small but ambitious start-up, and now we’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to help us grow our brand and delight our customers.
The Role
As Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important customers, including:
Major Retailers: Waitrose, Ocado, Abel & Cole, Whole Foods Market
Key Wholesalers & Distributors
This is a pivotal role in our growth journey. You’ll own the end-to-end relationship with these accounts – from day-to-day management and promotional planning to commercial negotiations and long-term growth strategies.
At the same time, you’ll use your FMCG network and sales expertise to open new doors, bringing OHMG into more retailers, wholesalers, and on-the-go channels across the UK.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring strong performance and growth.
Deliver against commercial targets, promotional activity, and joint business plans.
Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional support.
Identify and win new business opportunities across grocery, wholesale, on-the-go, and specialist channels.
Work closely with the founders to shape and execute OHMG’s sales strategy.
Bring start-up hustle: roll your sleeves up, work cross-functionally, and get involved in all aspects of a growing FMCG brand.
What We’re Looking For
Proven FMCG sales and account management experience, ideally in beverages or food & drink.
A strong track record of managing grocery & wholesale accounts (Waitrose, Ocado, Whole Foods, Abel & Cole, wholesalers etc. a plus).
A strong network and the ability to open doors with new customers.
Experience working in fast-growth start-ups or challenger brands.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and commercially savvy.
Ambitious, with the drive to grow into a future leadership role (Managing Director potential) as the business scales.
