Position Overview
Salary: Soulbury Senior & Principal Educational Psychologists Scale B Pts 9-12 + SPA £68,884 - £72,999 per annum
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Principal Educational Psychologist to lead a team of friendly, creative, solution-focused colleagues, working closely with students, staff and families to improve outcomes for children and young people.
Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic vision for Educational Psychology (EP) practice and service delivery.
* Implement national programmes alongside an enthusiastic leadership team.
* Stakeholder engagement with specialist teachers, schools and settings to apply evidence-based practice.
* Provide direct intervention, systemic support and whole school development.
* Work collaboratively to ensure all children belong and flourish.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Access to a vehicle for work purposes is a requirement.
