About the Role
:
As a Planner/Administrator, you will be working in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. This local contract covers Redbridge council within the social housing sector.
A Planner/Administrator within our Croydon branch. You will be doing admin duties, WIP management, will be taking and receiving calls, receiving and responding email, raising variation requests, planning works in conjunction with our supply chain sub-contractors, liaising with sub-contractors regarding work progress and weekly updates, ensuing all the follow-on work required and plan in if supply chain sub-contractors need to return to site to complete snagging and/or additional works.
Day to day duties:
1. Answering client & internal calls and emails.
2. Planning work for the sub-contractors.
3. Administration of compliance checks and visits.
4. Housekeeping of internal MCM system.
5. General administration duties.
6. Updating the Disrepair & Void tracker
7. Approving Notice of Completions
8. Issuing Payer notices
9. Raising/issuing Variation requests
10. Attending weekly meetings
11. Mandatory training and compliance.
Role Criteria:
12. Previous Experience in Social housing
13. Experience in voids or disrepairs
14. Experience in a Planning role
15. Experience in Building Maintenance
16. Good Written and Verbal communication skills
17. It Literate
18. Good Customer Care skills
