Reports to: Head of VIP
Role Overview
The VIP Account Manager will play a key role in driving revenue performance within Sway Gaming's high-value player segment.
This is a commercially focused position responsible for proactive account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and structured retention activity. The role operates as part of the Malta-based VIP team and contributes directly to achieving revenue and lifetime value targets set by the Head of VIP.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow a defined portfolio of VIP players, with clear monthly revenue and activity targets.
* Actively drive deposit uplift, cross-product engagement (Casino/Sportsbook), and long-term value growth.
* Execute structured outbound engagement (calls, messaging, campaigns) to maximise player activity and retention.
* Identify commercial opportunities within the VIP segment, including high-potential accounts and reactivation cases.
* Collaborate with CRM and BI to optimise offer strategy, bonus structures, and segmentation logic.
* Ensure disciplined bonus control and ROI awareness across all VIP activity.
* Monitor competitor positioning and market trends affecting VIP player behaviour.
* Maintain full compliance with responsible gaming, AML, and regulatory standards.
* Provide regular reporting on revenue performance, churn risk, and pipeline opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills
* 2+ years of experience in a VIP, Sales, or High-Value Account Management role within iGaming.
* Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
* Experience working with tiered VIP programs and high-value customer lifecycle management.
* Comfortable working with performance metrics such as ARPU, GGR, NGR, churn rate, and bonus efficiency.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance reports and act accordingly.
* Fluency in English; German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
