Duties & Responsibilities
* Navigate clients’ end-to-end Digital Transformation programs, including strategy, cloud migration, modernization, and optimization.
* Support strategies, governance, adoption roadmaps, and operating models for Digital Transformation.
* Develop business cases, TCO, and ROI models to support Digital Transformation initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Lead EA) to identify opportunities.
* Collaborate with broader teams to shape, develop, and convert opportunities into profitable projects.
* Adapt to evolving business landscapes and emerging technologies with strategic problem-solving.
* Lead client discussions in pre-sales and sales activities, including tech days and workshops.
* Contribute to building repeatable digital technology patterns and artifacts, such as reference architectures and API/Integration patterns.
Required Skills
* Over 10 years of experience in Digital technologies and IT.
* Experience delivering large-scale Digital Transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
* At least 3 years in a client-facing role, engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Industry knowledge in Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
* Familiarity with EA frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, ArchiMate, Gartner EA.
* Deep understanding of Digital Transformation strategies and solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Expertise in application modernization and Microservices.
* Experience with platform technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow.
* Knowledge of hybrid cloud security solutions and cloud assessment methodologies.
* Understanding of cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, and platforms like OpenShift.
* Experience in cloud service management and data infrastructure solutions.
* Proven track record in IT consulting or management consulting with regional or global firms.
* Ability to develop and execute client transformation programs and expand client relationships.
* Experience in shaping large, complex deals across multiple practices.
