HR & Recruitment Coordinator – 1 Year fixed term contract Our client is seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 1-year fixed term contract for 4 days per week. Reporting to the HR & Recruitment Business Partner you will provide a complete administrative and coordination service to the HR Team in respect of recruitment, starters and leavers, payroll support and absence issues. Responsibilities: Coordinating recruitment activity: advertising roles, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, managers, and agencies Managing onboarding: drafting contracts and offer letters, handling pre-employment checks, and delivering top-notch inductions Supporting payroll by maintaining accurate records and assisting with data input Drafting communications for employee updates and keeping our intranet (SharePoint) fresh and informative Attending and coordinating 5-week reviews and probationary meetings, including follow-up letters Supporting HR reporting and producing engaging presentations on key metrics Helping administer our annual employee satisfaction survey and report on results Owning the leavers process: issuing documentation, conducting exit interviews, and updating systems Supporting health, safety, and facilities coordination with external partners Assisting with visa applications, sponsorships, and inter-company visits Taking part in continuous improvement of HR systems and processes Exp...
