As a GAP Store Manager you’ll be the driving force behind the store’s profitability and customer experience. You will lead by example, inspire your team and ensure every aspect of the business, from merchandising to operations, is running smoothly and effectively. To be a successful Store Manager at GAP you will: Lead and inspire your team to exceed all business goals and performance metrics Build and maintain a culture rooted in engagement, accountability and collaboration Identify and develop talent, fostering a team that delivers results and supports the overall business, as well as each other Deliver exceptional customer experience through strong service and execution Manage store operations, visual merchandising and stock flow Maintain compliance with all policies and company standards Use data and insights to inform decisions and drive strategic solutions About You 3-5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams Strong business acumen and a track record of driving commercial success Operational and merchandising experience Flexibility to work - including evenings, weekends and holidays Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
