With continued growth across their organisational strategy practice, they are expanding their senior leadership team and looking for an experienced Director to shape client engagements and drive impactful workforce transformation initiatives.
You will lead enterprise-level workforce transformation engagements, partnering with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with wider business transformation. You will work closely with executive leaders, HR functions and transformation teams to design future-ready organisations that enhance employee experience, capability and operational effectiveness.
Role Highlights
* Lead workforce transformation and organisational design programmes for complex enterprise clients
* Partner with senior HR leaders and executives to shape people strategy and operating models
* Deliver strategic programmes covering talent strategy, workforce planning and capability development
* Drive new consulting opportunities through proposals, client engagement and market insight
* Develop methodologies and innovative approaches to workforce and organisational transformation
You Will Need
* 10+ years’ experience in consulting or industry roles focused on workforce or people transformation
* Strong background delivering large-scale organisational design or HR transformation programmes
* Experience across operating model redesign, strategic workforce planning and talent strategy
* Ability to influence senior executives and build consensus in complex environments
* Proven track record leading consulting teams and contributing to successful business development
