A well-established small animal veterinary practice in the north of Warwickshire is looking for a Clinical Director / Lead Veterinary Surgeon to lead an experienced and collaborative team.
This role offers the opportunity to step into a genuine leadership position, influence clinical standards, mentor vets developing certificates and help shape the future direction of the practice.
You’ll work with excellent facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, dental suite and orthopaedic equipment, supporting a varied caseload from routine consults to advanced procedures.
The team includes 9 veterinary surgeons, certificate holders and vets currently pursuing further qualifications, creating a culture focused on learning, collaboration and high clinical standards.
You’ll also benefit from strong operational support from the experienced Practice Manager, allowing you to focus on clinical leadership rather than day‑to‑day administration.
Working Pattern
* 40 hours per week
* 4-day week
* 1 in 6 Saturdays
* No out-of-hours
