Responsibilities
* Work autonomously as a practitioner within a multi-disciplinary team to manage your clinical caseload and deliver a comprehensive CNS service to clients across their stroke recovery pathway.
* Provide stroke specialist nursing care in acute, rehabilitation and community settings.
* Act as a supervisor and educator where required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Band 6 Stroke Nurse – Community Stroke Team.
* Stroke experience in acute, rehabilitation and community settings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Supervisor/educator experience desirable.
* Currently a Registered Adult Nurse with valid NMC registration.
* Live NMC UK PIN.
Salary is pro rata for part‑time hours.
