Job Title: Sale Executive - Transport & Warehousing

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
We are seeking a driven, commercially-minded Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of our Warehouse and Haulage services in the Midlands. Drive Revenue: Proactively generate leads via cold calling, networking, and outreach to sell pallet storage space to manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
Maximise warehouse occupancy by securing both short and long-term storage agreements.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact from initial enquiry through to onboarding, building long-term partnerships with customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and haulage operations to ensure seamless service delivery and identify upselling opportunities for the wider group (e.g., 2-man delivery).
Sales Expertise: Proven B2B sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Industry Knowledge: An understanding of warehouse capacity and commercial pricing models (experience in ambient warehousing or pallet storage is a plus).
A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the resilience to handle cold outreach.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
