Due to the hotels countryside location, having your own transport is essential.

* Up to £40,350 package
* Working 40 hours a week across 5 days

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
* Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver friendly, polished service
* Creating an upbeat, guest-focused atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
* Collaborating with the Head Chef and hotel leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Managing rotas, training, stock and service standards
* Helping to shape and elevate the restaurants identity through a hands-on, proactive approach
* Being the face of the restaurant and building strong relationships with guests
