IMH Recruitment are seeking experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our client’s Family Hub childcare settings in Barnsley. Candidates must have relevant experience working with children aged 0–5, provide references, and hold a DBS compliant with Ofsted regulations. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise day-to-day early years provision. Plan and deliver play and educational activities, observing and assessing children’s progress. Supervise children during play and mealtimes, supporting personal care and independence. Support staff development and manage workloads. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment. Build partnerships with parents/carers and external agencies. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted regulations. Requirements: Level 3 Early Years qualification. Experience in childcare and supervising staff. Enhanced DBS is required Driving licence is strongly preferred Knowledge of child development, early years curriculum, and safeguarding.
