Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Location: Hybrid working – Diageo Office, Glasgow G51 2SN and WFH
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (40 hours per week)
Rate of Pay: Up to £13.65 per hour DOE
Contract Type: Permanent
Job Introduction
We’re currently recruiting a Facilities Administrator to join our team supporting our prestigious client, Diageo. This hybrid role combines home-based working with attendance at the Diageo site in Glasgow.If you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to work in a dynamic corporate services environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technical Services team.
Coordinate and monitor work orders, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record keeping.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support smooth facilities operations.
Assist in compiling reports, tracking compliance, and maintaining asset and maintenance databases.
Manage site access permissions and support pre-employment CTPAT clearance process.
Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain documentation in line with Sodexo standards.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within facilities or technical services.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident user of Microsoft Office and internal systems.
Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively.
Driving licence required due to hybrid nature and site requirements.
Must be aged 18 or over and eligible for CTPAT clearance.
