We are looking for an experienced motor industry SERVICE ADVISOR to join a Torbay based main dealer who represent one of the UK’s well-known brands.
You’ll need to possess excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and telephone based.
Motor trade experience gained at another main dealer or quality independent garage is required alongside a full driving licence.
In this role, you will be the face of the Service Department, assisting incoming customers, booking servicing, repairs, and maintenance appointments. Upselling identified work and approved products / services will be a key activity.
The ability to work as part of a team, with good communications and computer skills are essential, as well as being able act on your own initiative as and when required, prioritising your own workload.
