This role is central to supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive an accurate, consistent and high-quality service. The Role Responsibilities As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a key part in the client review process and wider servicing workflow. Responsibilities include: Client Review & Reporting Producing valuation reports and client review packs Preparing disclosure documentation for annual reviews Compiling information packs for new or acquired clients Assisting with simpler paraplanning tasks (fund switches, withdrawals, Bed & ISA), once trained Ensuring all documentation is compliant and accurate Maintaining client records on Xplan Working closely with advisers and the admin/paraplanning team Skills & Attributes Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail Confident using Word and Excel Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads Proactive, team-focused and eager to learn Xplan experience beneficial but not essential Package & Benefits Competitive salary 25 days holiday bank holidays Birthday day off Company pension (5% employer contribution) Health plan On-site gym Free on-site parking
