Contract: Project Administrator
Pro Rata Salary: £36,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Contract Project Coordinator/ Administrator with experience in engineering project environments? Yoh Solutions are actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Administrator on a contract basis for a leading engineering services business just outside of Edinburgh.
About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator/ Administrator you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be instrumental in helping Project Managers and Engineers coordinate every aspect of the project lifecycle — from planning and documentation to equipment mobilisation and progress reporting.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Required
* Act as the key liaison between project stakeholders and internal teams
* Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
* Coordinate documentation and shipping requirements for ongoing projects
* Help manage project costs, invoicing, and progress monitoring
* Represent projects on-site to ensure quality and timeline adherence
* Assist in the preparation of progress reports, cost trackers, and forecasts
* Provide administrative cover during absences and support equipment logistics
* Maintain documentation control per company and regulatory standards
* HNC/HND in relevant engineering or technical discipline
* Proven experience in an engineering project environment
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Confidence in handling multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
* Familiarity with project documentation and control systems (e.g. Glovia, Mastercontrol)
