Site Foreman – Residential New Build
Location: NW London
Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team on residential new build projects in NW London. This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone comfortable working on the tools while running a section of works.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day supervision of site activities
*
Working on the tools while managing operatives and subcontractors
*
Ensuring works are completed to programme and quality standards
*
Coordinating trades and deliveries
*
Maintaining health & safety on site
Requirements:
*
Strong background in plumbing or electrical (sparky) trade preferred
*
Experience as a Foreman or senior tradesperson on residential new builds
*
SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
*
Good communication and organisational skills
Package:
*
Salary up to £40k depending on experience
*
