Pay Rate: ££ per hour
Hours: 40hrs per week
Shift Patterns:
1. Wednesday – 6am-11am & 5pm- 10pm
2. Friday – 9am-6pm
3. Saturday – 9am-6pm
4. Sunday – 9am-6pm

We are seeking a Support Worker who brings warmth, reliability, and a good sense of humour to their work. This is a rewarding 1:1 role supporting an individual with complex physical health needs to live comfortably and safely within their own home.
Meet Our Client
You will be supporting a man with a neurological condition that affects his mobility and independence, leaving him fully physically dependent on others. He is friendly, chatty, and well-travelled, with a great sense of humour and an easy-going nature, and he values clear communication and positive relationships. He often responds well to a calm and engaging approach. He takes pride in a clean, organised home environment and enjoys spending time with visiting dogs, which brings him a lot of happiness. Due to the complexity of his needs, a consistent, attentive and person-centred approach is essential to support his comfort, dignity and overall wellbeing.
About the Role
5. Providing 1:1 support with all aspects of daily living
6. Supporting with full personal care needs
7. Assisting with mobility and assistance
8. Supporting with health-related tasks and routines
9. Maintaining a clean, organised and comfortable home environment
10. Providing companionship and engaging in conversation and activities

11. Kind, patient and dependable with a positive attitude

13. Strong communication skills and an engaging, personable manner
14. Able to build rapport and provide consistent, reliable support
15. Comfortable supporting individuals with complex physical needs
16. Experience in care is essential
