About Borough Broth
Borough Broth began in 2015 with a simple idea: make proper, organic bone broth the way it should be made. Everything we cook is slow simmered using high quality British ingredients from farmers who care about their land. Our broths are wholesome, flavourful and convenient without cutting corners on nutrition or quality.
We are growing fast, expanding our retail presence, and building a brand that genuinely resonates with health-conscious consumers across the UK. It is an exciting time to join, ambitious enough to offer real stretch and grounded enough to do things properly.
We are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the team and help us build a brand.
About the Role
This is a first job in marketing. We mean that genuinely. You do not need a packed CV or two years of experience. What we care about is attitude: someone curious, organised, and genuinely excited to get stuck in and learn fast.
You will be working across campaigns, content, PR, and brand operations, supporting the Marketing team to keep things running brilliantly and consistently. Some of it is creative. Some of it is admin. All of it matters.
You will report into the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Content, Brand, CRM, and PR teams. It is a small, ambitious team where you will learn a lot quickly and have real ownership from early on.

You are a trusted pair of hands and a real voice in the team. You own key areas of our marketing operations and the quality of what we put out is better because of you.
About You
Honestly? We are not looking for someone who has done it all before. We are looking for someone who is ready to.
You will thrive here if you:
Are brilliantly organised and take real pride in the details
Can juggle several things at once and know how to prioritise without being told
