Job Details

Salary: £24,796.00-£25,185 pro rata for part-time and term time only

Contract Type: Fixed Term

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Location: Easebourne CE Primary School

Interviews: Tuesday 14th October

What You Need to Succeed

We seek an enthusiastic learning support assistant, preferably with experience of working with children with additional needs. The successful candidate will:

* be reliable and take initiative.
* be sensitive and caring; able to build relationships.
* have a consistent approach towards developing children's PSED through daily interactions.
* be willing to become involved in children's play to extend their learning and develop independence.
* be able to work with all children, including supporting children who have English as an additional; language and those with SEND.
* ideally have previous experience of working in a school environment particularly with KS1 children.
* have passes in GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
* be willing to uphold our school's Catholic ethos and contribute to the wider aspects of school life.
* be willing to work flexibly across the primary age range, particularly KS1.
