Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated member of Venue Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for all guests attending events at our venue. The ideal candidates will possess strong hospitality skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing various aspects of event operations. We specialise in live music, offering a varied selection of fantastic live events, from Jazz nights, to tribute bands, jam nights, tour shows and any more If you have a passion for live music and are great with people then we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
* Assist with the management of event logistics, including seating arrangements and crowd control.
* Serve guests drinks and snacks from the HUB bar
* Provide information to guests regarding the venue, events, and services available.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth event operations and high standards of service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue before, during, and after events.
* Support the setup and breakdown of event spaces as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or guest services, particularly bar work, is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
* A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
