Description: Our client, a successful fintech operating throughout England & Wales, is looking to recruit a bright, well-organised, and articulate team member to join their Credit Control department.
You will mainly support the Credit Control Manager, ensuring that every account is managed with meticulous attention to detail.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
2. Dealing with general customer queries
3. Maintaining correspondence records and conversations
4. Accurately and promptly updating customer case notes
5. Setting out and scheduling upcoming tasks for the case management team
