Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Executive Officer, initially on an interim basis for approximately 3 months. The purpose of the role is to provide high-level support and analysis to the CEO and the wider Leadership Team so previous experience in a similar level role is required. This is a full time post, Monday Friday and is fully remote so the ability to work autonomously is essential.
Duties include:
Providing comprehensive assistance to the CEO to help ensure that all business activities align with the company's objectives and that operational efficiency is maintained.
Act as liaison between senior management and departmental teams, promoting clear communication and a culture of accountability.
Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and the Board.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee and coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive office.
Co-ordination of board meetings in person and online, liaising with delegates and arranging venues etc.
Document preparation and proof reading.
Provide administrative support on special projects and initiatives, conducting research and providing briefings for the executive.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Plan and coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
Skills and qualifications:
Proven track record in a similar support role at executive or senior management level.
Excellent administrative and IT skills including MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Highly developed problem-solving skills.
Highly organised, capable of managing a busy workload and working independently whilst providing remote support.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage change in a fast-paced or evolving environment.
