Job Title: Office Administrator (Media Department) – Temporary Ongoing
Location: Redhill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shifts
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Media Department and wider teams
* Manage and organise documentation, files, and internal systems
* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
* Support with media‑related admin tasks, including tracking campaigns and updating records
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
* Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office‑based role preferred
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
* Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
