My client is on the lookout for a talented, experienced Lettings Consultant, someone who enjoys managing and having hands on responsibility for the entire lettings process from move in to move out and everything in between. You will thrive on providing a quality service to your landlords and tenants, guiding them every step of the way. Lettings Consultant role - What’s in It for You? Competitive Salary – Up to £25,000-£30,000 basic dependent on your level of experience A superb commission structure on top adding another £5-7,000 on top of basic. OTE of 32-37k Career Progression – Ongoing training and funded industry qualifications Parking permit provided – No more hunting for a spot! Pension & childcare vouchers 20 days bank holidays and full Christmas shutdown Your Role as a Lettings Consultant: Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve company goals and ensure compliance with legal documentation Engage with clients—handling telephone and face-to-face inquiries with exceptional customer service Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants Arrange and conduct lettings valuations and takes on (full training will be give n on this) Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process Oversee check-ins & check-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants Ensure deposit protection & manage deposit releases Resolve rental arrears, liaising with tenants and landlords Coordinate with the dedicated maintenance & repairs team ensure timely completion of works Organise safety certifications & compliance requirements for all properties Liaise with property inspectors to coordinate property inventories and provide landlords with detailed feedback Conduct mid term inspections and check outs Keep management systems accurate and up to date Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market Who We’re Looking For: Experience in a Lettings Negotiator OR Property Management role role Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
