FLT Driver - Counterbalance, Reach & Bendy/Flexi Pros Wanted! Rotate, Lift, Repeat! Location: Ilkeston, Derby ⏰ Shifts: 8am-430pm (40 hours per week) Pay: £13.50 Role Type: Full-time, ongoing 12 weeks temp-to-perm Ready to take your forklift skills to a workplace where you're valued, trusted, and part of a tight-knit team? Our client is growing fast and looking for one (maybe two!) experienced FLT drivers with external accredited licenses to join their busy warehouse operation. Why Apply? * Work with a well‑established, friendly, supportive warehouse team * No two days the same - varied FLT tasks across the site * Weekly pay * Strong, stable business with real opportunity to go permanent * Free onsite parking * You're treated like a person, not a payroll number * Overtime available * Consistent, full-time hours - reliability is at the heart of this job What You'll Be Doing: * Safely operating Counterbalance and/or Reach/Bendy/Flexi (articulated) forklifts * Unloading and loading vehicles, organising stock, and keeping the warehouse moving efficiently * Moving product to designated areas both inside and outside the warehouse * Completing relevant paperwork and using warehouse systems where needed * Carrying out pre‑use checks and reporting any issues promptly * Supporting stock control, goods-in and goods-out * Working accurately, safely, and to high standards every single day * Being a key part of a hardworking, positive warehouse team ✅ What You'll Need: ✔ Valid, accredited FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or NPORS) - no in-house licences ✔ Experience on Counterbalance and Reach / Bendy / Flexi trucks ✔ Full UK driving licence ✔ Good awareness of Health & Safety ✔ A positive attitude and reliable work ethic ✔ Ability to work as part of a fast-moving warehouse team ⚠️ Please Note This is an active job - you'll be on your feet, operating machinery, lifting, and working both indoors and outdoors depending on the task.
