The Role
As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in Science lessons
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce key concepts
* Help students engage with both practical and theory-based learning
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and preparation of resources
* Encourage curiosity, confidence, and participation
