About You: We're looking for someone who brings: Proven experience leading a successful Used Car department within an automotive retail environment A strong track record of consistently hitting and exceeding department sales and profit targets. Experience managing stock profiles, pricing decisions and performance reporting at manager level. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with customers and internal teams. Strong commercial judgement, analytical thinking and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure. A proactive, positive and customer-focused mindset with a drive to excel. Why Join Us?
