What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Head Sommelier or strong Senior Sommelier ready to take the next step
* Background within fine dining, Michelin-starred, or luxury hospitality environments
* Excellent knowledge of wine regions, producers, vintages, and food pairings
* WSET qualification or equivalent highly desirable
* Experience managing wine lists, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships
* Confident delivering exceptional guest interaction and wine service
* Passion for training and developing front-of-house teams
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Right to work in the UK required
