Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a popular local authority based in Leicestershire who are seeking a Childcare Paralegal to join their team.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella rate - 25- 30ph depending on experience.
PAYE (inc.Hol) - 22.51 - 26.9ph depending on experience
This role is on a Hybrid basis and on a 3-month contract with potential to extend.
Responsibilities as a Childcare Paralegal:
* To provide assistance to the solicitor dealing with the case
* Attendance at child protection case conferences in appropriate cases
* Dealing with caseload from start to completion regarding childcare law
About you as a Childcare Paralegal:
* Experience of a familiarity with legal documentation and language and of drafting the same
* Experience of drafting letters and reports
* Experience of attending court with counsel and taking notes of hearings
