Salary Range: SCP10 – SCP12 (£27,694 - £28,598 FTE)
Working Type: Full Time (37 hours, 52 weeks)
Base: The Grangefield Academy, Oxbridge Avenue, Stockton on Tees, TS18 4LE

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT Technician to join our academy following the promotion of our current technician. The role involves providing first‑line ICT support to staff and students, maintaining ICT rooms and equipment, and responding to helpdesk requests to support the smooth running of the academy.
Responsibilities
* Provide first‑line ICT support to staff and students.
* Maintain ICT rooms and equipment.
* Respond to helpdesk requests and support the smooth running of the academy.
* Maintain, test, and repair ICT and AV equipment.
* Assist staff with presentations and classroom technology.
* Keep ICT systems and inventories up to date.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Must not be barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children (exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974).
