We have an exciting new opportunity to work within our Apprenticeship Department. The successful candidate will work with apprentices and employers initially in the Berkshire and Hampshire area, but with a view to national coverage, to take responsibility for the development of apprentices and support them through various aspects of their training.

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of engineering talent? We are looking for a dynamic individual who's eager to embark on an exciting journey with us.
As an Assessor/Trainer in our Engineering department, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing apprentices' skills and guiding them towards success.
As an Assessor/Trainer, you will:
* Provide support and training to learners within their workplace.
* Assess learners' competence in alignment with industry and qualification standards.
* Record assessment outcomes accurately.
* Assist in preparing learners for their End Point Assessment.
* Maintain meticulous records for candidates using both written and computer-generated formats.
What We're Looking For:
* Passion for training and development.
* Relevant Level 4 or above qualifications in engineering disciplines (essential).
* Assessor qualification (essential)
* Experience within related industries.
* Additional qualifications or experience in related fields would be beneficial but are not essential. (Electrical)
* Team player
* Willing to travel
