We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Property Management Inspections Coordinator in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent role with a workweek from Monday to Friday, 0845am to 530pm, offering a salary of £25,000 per year.
Role Responsibilities
* Completing ingoing, outgoing tenancy checkout reports, and mid-term inspection reports using our CRM system.
* Liaising with local branches to identify defects and facilitate swift resolutions.
* Maintaining an eye for detail and working proactively.
