Business Engagement & Sales Manager - Professional Membership Company - Engineering - £65k to £80k OTE + Excellent benefits - North UK This professional membership company / trade association is looking for someone who enjoys travelling and has an engineering background, as well as account management/business engagement and sales experience with a consultative selling technique determining member/prospective member pinch points and provide solutions to them that are withing the scope of the companies services. The appointed person will operate to protect and grow strategy, keep existing members in membership while also growing business through the development of new and lapsed members from their identification through to sign-up. You will also be responsible for ensuring the self-efficient sales team are meeting expected targets and member visits. You will be on the road for 3-4 days per week and happy to cover the North (inc. Northern Ireland & Scotland, as well as a once a month meeting in London.
