Your new role
The role encompasses a mixture of traditional building surveying and project management across a variety of different sectors, including but not limited to education, social and privately owned housing, local authority, education, property development, ministry of defence and conservation. No one day will be the same, and you will be expected to work both as part of an experienced team of Building Surveyors as well as be entrusted to take sole responsibility for managing your own projects from inception through to completion. You will be relied upon to help promote the practice and continue to develop and maintain client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
The candidate would be expected to be proficient in the use of AutoCad as well as at least have a basic understanding of professional services.
You are likely to be newly Chartered or are looking to get Chartered in the short term.
You must be capable of demonstrating experience for the role advertised and now looking for a 'step up' in your career.
