Description Role Summary WTW’s DC Research team is highly regarded within the industry, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position offers an excellent opportunity to support our research and consultants who advise some of the UK’s largest employers and most innovative Defined Contribution (DC) schemes. Key Responsibilities Reviewing and comparing DC pension products and services offered by insurance companies and investment managers. Prepare governance materials and draft reports sourcing data from the provider market. Assist the research team in gathering and refining our research and processes. Contribute ideas to enhance reporting and ensure alignment with UK pensions regulatory requirements. Qualifications Essential Requirements Ability to work from WTW’s Reigate office (2–3 days per week during training, reducing to 1 day mandatory thereafter). Work experience demonstrating strong Excel skills for checking and reporting using data submissions from third parties (e.g., reconciliation, lookups). Good written communication skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using PowerPoint to present findings in a clear, client-friendly format. Strong organisational and time management skills; able to prioritise. Collaborative and proactive approach to learning. Desirable A basic understanding of workplace pensions.
