We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and well-organised individual to support a National Heritage Lottery Fund-supported project focused on researching and promoting geology and fossil collectors of Cromer. The role involves creating digital resources for Cromer Museum's Geology Gallery to enhance access to the collection.
You will collaborate with the Curator of Cromer Museum and the Chair of the Friends of Cromer Museum to coordinate and monitor project delivery, ensuring adherence to timescales and budget.
The successful candidate will work with the team to develop and deliver collections research and digital resources as part of the funded project. Essential qualities include motivation, efficiency, personable nature, excellent IT skills, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise workloads. Being a team player with good initiative is also important.
Experience working in a museum environment is desirable, as is experience with externally funded projects or volunteer coordination.
