This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to deepen their specialism in development and property finance while contributing to a dynamic, collaborative team.The Role The successful candidate will work on a wide range of real estate matters with a particular focus on:
* Acting for lenders and borrowers on property and development finance transactions
* Commercial and residential development projects
* Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting corporate transactions with property due diligence and advisory work
This is a client-facing role that combines technical excellence with strategic thinking. The team is known for delivering responsive, pragmatic advice across the real estate sector.Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have:
* 2–4 years post-qualification experience in commercial property law
* Demonstrable experience in property finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers
