We pride ourselves on having an inclusive culture and a workplace that brings opportunity, development and growth.​ ​ Volunteer Academy Administrator (Please note that this is a volunteer role, therefore not paid employment) ​ What we’re looking for in the role: Uphold and demonstrate the values, standards and behaviours expected by ECFC both inside & outside the Club. Support the Academy Director to ensure relevant Academy administration tasks are up to date & completed to a high standard. Possess a demonstrable desire to see the ECFC Academy develop and progress. Liaise with HR to maintain the Staff System (SRS). Process all match official payments with accounts department on a weekly basis. Administer Academy Admin email inbox to monitor and respond to general parent questions and queries surrounding kit, schedule, events etc. Willing to undertake adhoc tasks such as administering kit distribution, supporting photo day, and supporting event organisation ​ ​ What we’re looking for in you: Committed learner & willing educator (essential). Willingness and enthusiasm to cooperate & take responsibility when necessary (essential). Capable planner and organiser (essential). IT literate (essential). Effective communicator & relationship builder (essential). Capable of working collaboratively with staff & others (essential). Personable, approachable & friendly manner (essential). High degree of personal drive & motivation (essential). Current full & clean driving licence (desirable). Maintain personal professional qualifications to ongoing required standards. Tasks completed on time and to the required standard Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with staff and key stakeholders. ​ This is not an exhaustive list, but designed to give you a flavour of the kind of tasks you may be involved in.
