We are currently looking to recruit a full time Team Leader at our Day Nursery in Bushey. We are looking for someone with experience within the Early Years sector, strong leadership skills and the relevant Level 3 Childcare qualifications (or equivalent).
Our nursery is a short distance from Watford Town centre, located next to Fishers Field Nature reserve.

Some of your roles and responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy to uphold policies and procedures throughout the setting as well as within your allocated room.
* Managing your base room and staff team by following a routine, supporting junior practitioners by role modelling outstanding practice.
* Using the EYFS to plan and carry out engaging and inspiring activities, monitoring and assessing the children's individual needs as a Key Person, leading by example.
* Championing 'Staff Wellbeing' by carrying out regular 1:1 supervisions, team meetings and supporting managers during inset training days.
