Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in our Supply Chain operations in Cinderford, Gloucestershire.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage various aspects of our logistics processes.
What you will be doing
1. Blend Specialist: Reviewing the backlog of stock and creating blends of batches for our internal and external refiners. Preparing blends with flux additives for our site in Sweden.
2. European SAP Support: Providing remote support for production and supply chain SAP tasks to our sister site in Sweden. Assisting with receipts, processing orders, and occasionally arranging transportation. Maintaining logs of materials sent offsite for tolling operations. Developing professional relationships with tollers and arranging domestic transport. Managing appropriate waste documentation.
3. General Supply Chain Tasks: Supporting and providing cover for other Cinderford supply chain tasks, including imports, exports, recording weights in SAP, and arranging international transport solutions.
What we need
* Strong knowledge of Excel.
* Preferable knowledge of SAP.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with internal and external colleagues.
* Enjoy working with figures and have a keen eye for detail.

* This is a full-time position, Mon to Fri, but we are happy to consider applicants who are interested in a part-time position which must include Mon to Fri cover.
