We’re partnering with a market-leading sports law practice to appoint a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 7–10 years PQE, High Court litigation experience, and strong expertise in personal injury.

The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes and personal injury matters, many of which are precedent-setting in the sports sector. Responsibilities include:
* Managing high-value litigation in commercial and PI contexts
* Conducting and managing cases in the High Court
* Advising on contractual, regulatory, and compensation matters
* Collaborating with experts in medical, regulatory, and sporting disciplines
* Representing high-profile clients in sensitive and high-stakes cases
About You
* 7–10 years PQE in commercial litigation
* Proven High Court litigation experience (essential)
* Strong personal injury expertise (essential)
* Excellent client handling and advocacy skills
* Ability to work independently in remote or office settings
* An interest in sports is desirable but not essential
