Paid Social Specialist – B2B SaaS
Hybrid - Reading | Up to £60,000 + Bonus
We're hiring a Paid Social Specialist to lead LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns that generate pipeline, leads, and brand visibility for a high-growth SaaS company with a global customer base.
You'll be the go-to person for paid social—owning the strategy, testing new ideas, and optimising for performance. If you enjoy working in fast-paced B2B environments and know how to turn clicks into revenue, this one's for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Plan, build, and optimise paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta platforms
Own targeting, bidding, copy, creative direction, and segmentation
Collaborate with content, design, and regional leads to align campaigns with business goals
Continuously test ads and landing pages to improve CTR, CPL, and lead quality
Work with the Head of Digital Acquisition to allocate and optimise budgets by region and product
Monitor and report on key KPIs including ROI and pipeline contribution
Stay ahead of platform changes and evolving ad strategies
What we’re looking for:
3–5 years of experience running paid social campaigns in B2B (SaaS or Tech preferred)
Strong hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
Understanding of creative best practices, audience strategy, and campaign reporting
Ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations
Comfortable working in cross-functional marketing teams
Experience with GA4, HubSpot, or attribution tools is a bonus
This role does require being on site 3 days per week and does not offer sponsorship
